COSEM 15-50 CEN Click-on support holder for small to mid size plug gauges with centerpoint aid.
The clickon is designed that by minimal human interaction you place the Gage with ease and accuracy on the machine.
The Centerpoint positioning system moves the plug in-place and automatically aligns the measured product over the largest diameter position in center-line of the probe.

CLICKON - COSIMEX-SMALL - XP DUO BASE PLATE SYSTEM
The COSIMEX support plugs and rings clickon is designed to support a mid-size range to large gages, and support internal and external measurements (Plugs & Rings). With precision polished backplate assures that the ring/plugs lays flat against the backplate.
The Cosimex comes with a variety of adapters for Cylindrical and Conical/ Taper gauges which are used to center and align the thread gauges over the length of the gage, thus improving stability without tilting, during calibration and avoiding that the product lays oblique by human-error.
Product accurate placement is consistent which especially for Taper rings or plug benefits enormously by these conical shaped adapters

The company originates from the IAC Foundation, which was established in 1984 under the auspices of the business community and with the Hogeschool Drenthe (Polytechnic) in Emmen.
The main activity of IAC Geometrical Engineering is developing advanced measuring instruments. By interrelating the various disciplines like, electronics,software, science and precision and geometrical measurement techniques. IAC builds unique measuring instruments on the basis of customer’s specification.
